What is love?

The story of the potato fields:

Once upon a time, a student asked his teacher, 'what is love?'.

The teacher told the student to go to the four potato fields outside their class and bring back the one biggest potato he sees.

He went out and saw a rather big potato in the first field.

He thought to himself, 'there must be biggest ones ahead.'

So he went to the second field and found out that the potatoes were slightly smaller than the ones in the first field.

He thought he should try his luck on the third potato field.

To his disappointment, the potatoes in the third field were half the size of potatoes of the second field.

He went on to the fourth and last field, the potatoes were not even half the size of the third field.

In the end, he went back to his teacher, claiming that he did not took the potato from the first field thinking that there will be bigger and better ones in the next three fields.

The teacher said, 'this is love.' When he/she comes, he/she is meant to stay and love you as long as the time allows him/her to. If you keep on thinking there are better ones when you already had him/her, you would miss the opportunity of loving him/her for the rest of life.

True love comes by a few times in life, we should seize the opportunity when it comes, because you never know whether it will come again...

P.S. Never feel afraid to love, but be afraid that you can't love again.
